Mintter Software Release Process

Write the release notes based on git history.

•

Run this "whats new" script: ./scripts/whats-new.sh

This script will pull from the remote before running the comparison

Run ./dev release

•

pulls from the remote repo

•

creates a tag (automatically named with Year.Month.CommitCount)

•

pushes that git tag

CI automatically starts and you can follow along here

Edit the release on the GH releases page

•

Write the release notes

•

Un-check "pre release"

•

Check "mark latest release"

•

Save
