Location is lost

I am working on the Hypermedia System Group.

I want to add a Note reflecting on the Outline Menu behavior.

I want to focus on Team Notes as it is my designated location for my note:

I press focused to the Team Notes Heading or Section:

I Edit the section, and many things happened:

I lost the Outline Group location.

•

I don't think I need the Publish to the Hypermedia System button; a Publish button would be enough, as the Outline Location and Top Breadcrumb would give the Location information.

I am editing the whole document, but maybe I should be able to edit only the intended section.
